Box serial # 006925, cartridge is serial # 000422.  Includes original holographic label on cartridge and original label on box.  Original gold warning label is present on cartridge. Original bubble wrap for cartridge is missing (unofficial bubble wrap for cartridge is included instead). Original baggie for art pack is included.  Art pack includes: art sheets, dip settings sheet & mini marquee. Cabinet sticker is missing.  Condition: excellent+ box, excellent cartridge, near mint art pack.
