Actual pictures shown of item you will receive and you will receive everything shown in the pics. Not shown is the tiny 16GB miro SD card, but it's included. Factory complete with all packaging, papers, manuals, twist ties, baggies, etc. Nothing is missing. Even includes the original shipping box from Porsche Design (shown in pic 6). Purchased new from Porsche Design USA website and still under warranty. My original P'9981 was recently returned to Blackberry for warranty service, and they sent me brand new P'9981 instead! I was expecting a repair since it only needed work on a single button and they said an exchange wasn't an option, yet here it is, factory new and perfect,
as in zero calls, zero texts, zero pics taken, never even turned on outside of
the factory. I must say that Blackberry service was 1st class. Overnight AM delivery both ways with a 1 week turn around. Btw, the new P'9981 arrived in the smaller box that you see in pic 1 and 6.
The new phone shows a manufacturing date of October 29th, 2014, (see the 3rd pic)! Factory seal stickers never removed, flawless surfaces, never used, zero calls and texts,
never even turned on (except at the factory for testing I'd assume). Only the USB cable, battery, 16GB micro SD card, and desktop charger were used, everything else remains factory new, but even the few accessories that were used remain mint and scratch free.
This version is sold out from Porsche Design, so I believe this is the lowest
price on the net for factory new P'9981 in black. Next lowest price is $4699
from
this UK seller. Silver and Gold ($25k) are both available from Porsche Design directly if you prefer those colors over black.
I wrote
this review for this phone, prior to the exchange for a new unit of course.
And if you're interested, I wrote this
review of the Blackberry Q10, basically
ranting on how it lacked the Toolbelt of the 9900/9981.
