This is the 2nd run. To confirm, page 20 of the manual is a blank memo page (in 1st run, page 20 is full text with background art). Also, the 2nd run cartridge usually didn't have the gold warning sticker applied.

Condition: Mint insert, mint cartridge, mint manual, & near mint- snap case (5/8" of clear plastic is loose at bottom right seam).
