The 2nd Garfield promo card, Fraternal Exaltation, created to commemorate the birth of their second child. Estimated to have a 220 print-run (two sheets).
While more common than Splendid Genesis, it's hardly a "common" card. When compared to say, Black Lotus, or really most any other magic card, there are exponentially less of Fraternal Exaltation. For instance, Black Lotus is considered a big rare and is certainly one of the most expensive, but there were 50 APs (artist proofs), 1100 Alpha, 3,200 Beta, 10,00 CE (Collector's Edition), 5,000 IE (International Edition), and 18,500 Unlimited prints for Black Lotus. So a fair comparison is 37,800 legitimate Black Lotuses among all sets were printed vs 220 of Fraternal Exaltation, as Fraternal Exaltation was never reprinted nor publicly released.
