This service can be added to compliment your new purchase on the NeoStore and is intended primarily for SNK original AES/home cartridges.
  • If this is for a new and not already shipped purchase from the NeoStore, choose 'Store copy (new purchase)' from the options above and leave order note if necessary. This avoids an additional shipping cost.
  • If sending your copy(s) to the NeoStore for authentication: Choose 'My copy (sending in)' from options above and then choose the return shipping method at checkout. If mailing within the USA, USPS registered mail would be the safest.
Standard authentication includes:
  • Functionality test
  • Authentication of insert, cart sticker, manual, & case.
  • High resolution image proof for identification.
  • Condition grading of all provided components.
Optional additions:
  • PCB authentication: Requires carefully opening cartridge by hand to inspect PCBs. No broken tabs or damage to cartridge sticker will occur.
  • 4K video identification: 60 FPS 4K (UHD) resolution video of copy created in addition to the standard image verification. Video can be paused, which translates to an estimated 7,000+ unique stills.
Example of finished CoA (Certificate of Authenticity). Printable and transferable to the next owner and uniquely identified to the authenticated copy by the condition grading, pictures, and optional video.

Layers of security and redundancy resulting in a tamper proof CoA: Unique CoA serial is tied to your order number. This serial (order #) will be permanently available in your order records accessible under My Account. Printed copy: When your authenticated copy is returned, the URL to your virtual CoA will be provided on the invoice. The CoA is a google doc that is only editable by the NeoStore, but anyone with URL can view. The images will reside on Google Photos, also only editable by the NeoStore. Optional 4K video will be hosted on YouTube, and is only editable by the NeoStore. Google URL Shortener used for tiny URL & QR code.

Identification tips to look for when comparing CoA to copy:
  • Location of cartridge scratches.
  • Cartridge sticker alignment on cartridge shell.
  • Alignment of gold warning label on cartridge shell.
  • Cartridge sticker bubbles.
  • Corner bends/wear of manual and insert.
  • Edge wear (nicks, whitening) of insert and manual.
